  • Diet: A well-balanced diet is as important as a regular martial arts training. The learners should eat healthy food, green vegetables, lean meats, legumes, and drink lots of water daily, which give them strength and energy.

  • Bring variations slowly: According to Acanda, the learners should not increase the training load abruptly, but they should bring variations slowly, which helps them to learn things very efficiently.

  • Technique: Martial arts is sport in which people should have complete control on their minds and spirits. They should adopt a proper technique. Jose Luis Acanda Montano says that without a good technique, it is difficult to achieve the target.

  • Meditation: Meditation is a good relaxation practice, which is the combination of thinking deeply and breathing. It helps people to reduce stress level, lower down blood pressure, improve concentration, and more. In addition, meditation is also beneficial for the martial arts practitioners to develop various skills as well.

Jose Luis Acanda: A Provider Of Great Tae Kwon Do Training In VA

Jose Luis Acanda, a resident of VA, is a professional trainer of martial arts who knows all the attacking and defending moves and kicks used in Tae Kwon Do. He has a friendly nature, and he cooperate with his students while training. Born in January 14, 1980, Acanda spent his early years and completed his basic education in Cuba. He went to Cerro Pelado, and learned Tae Kwon Do in Olympic-style from Cuban Sports Federation. He started his career from a junior school at Pinar del Rio. At this school, his job profile was to teach the students  Tae Kwon Do.

Master Jose teaches his students the ways and tricks on how to survive in the most dangerous situations, respond to an attacker, and more.   • Instructor: From May 2004 to September 2006, Jose Luis Acanda worked at US Tae Kwon Do College as an Instructor. At this college, his daily schedule was to lead four classes of close to 100 students. In addition, he also taught the students Tae Kwon Do sparring and conditioning in private sessions.
  • Loaner Car Manager: In March 2004, Jose joined Ourisman Toyota in Chantilly as a Loaner Car Manager where he managed loaner car department, and provided customer services and documentation services to the clients. He worked in this company till May 2007.
  • Tae Kwon Do Instructor: At Mountain Kim, Acanda educated the middle school students Tae Kwon Do techniques. He remained in this school from October 2007 till May 2009.
  • Personal Trainer: In February 2005, he joined Lifetime Fitness in Centreville as a Personal Trainer, and he remained there till April 2007. At this fitness center, he helped a large number of clients to fulfill their fitness related goals.

Jose Luis Acanda Has Experience Of Working In Many Fields

Jose Luis Acanda is an incredibly skilled and well trained Tae Kwon do instructor who has been a 4 time national champion. He is a Tiger Den Tae Kwon Do Black Belt trainer with a tremendous experience of training 100 students ranging from age 5 to 55. He was a member of “Cerro Pelado Tournament” and was also part of an Olympic team as well. The one thing that he wants to change about his job is that more and more parents should do tae kwon do with their kids and get active because he loves to see parents setting a positive example and take good care of themselves.

Jose Luis Acanda has also been a personal trainer from 2005 to 2007 at Lifetime Fitness in Centreville, VA where he organized weekly sales reports for the sales department to track product success. He has also managed loaner car department from customer service to documentation at Ourisman Toyota at Chantilly, VA. Jose Luis Acanda really enjoys the little communities that he and his ex-wife have built which is named as  BOA is home of tae kwon do families, kickboxing and jiujitsu students, and Heart to the Sky Yoga Space devotees. Jose Luis Acanda Gives Excellent Training In Tae Kwon Do

Having trained a great number of students, Jose Luis Acanda is ranked among the well known and respected tae kwon do experts in the country. With a couple of years of experience, he became familiar with all the moves and kicks used in tae kwon do. He works with integrity and passion to pass down his knowledge of his skills to his students. Joaquin Palacios was his principal trainer in Cuba from whom he learned a number of things, and “Always do the right thing to help people” was one of the best advices among them. Fidel Castro was his childhood hero because that’s what he was taught to believe.

Jose got his education in Cuba and then went to the Cuban Sports Federation, and received training in Olympic-style tae kwon do there. He started his career with a junior high school at  Pinar Del Rio in Cuba and worked whole heartedly and sincerely to establish a strong position in the martial arts industry. He shifted to America in 2004, and in the same year, he joined US Tae Kwon Do College in Tysons Corner, VA as an instructor. He worked at this college till September 2006.

In Cuba, Jose Luis Acanda worked as a Physical Education Instructor and taught middle school students. From 2005 to April 2007, he worked at Lifetime Fitness in Centreville, VA as a Personal Trainer. In the October of 2007, he came to Mountain Kim as a Tae Kwon Do Instructor. He remained there till May 2009.

Jose Luis Acanda worked at Armani Exchange from September 2013 to March 2014. His designation in this company was that of an Assistant Manager. While in this company, his job was to expedite orders by interacting with retail buyers and customers. He resolved customer complaints, processed and issued money orders, and organized weekly sales reports.
